The VMTS on-board controller is a hardware and software system for collecting, storing, and transmitting data from a monitoring object.

Technology stack

The VMTS analytical automation system collects, stores and processes primary data received from measuring equipment installed on the vessel (sensors, controllers, systems).

With its help, specialists can learn in real time about the refueling process of a transport vessel, the condition of fuel and lubricant consumers, and fuel consumption linked to the route.

Our systems are included in the register of Russian software and have a certificate of conformity from the Russian Classification Society.

The DOTS  hardware and software system is designed to collect, analyze, and visualize data from remote devices and objects in real time, with detailed information on each object.

Technology stack

The system displays the coordinates, speed, direction of movement, and operating mode of the monitored object, providing access to the collected data anywhere and at any time via the Internet.

DOTS is a full-fledged Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) system IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) that creates a digital model of the monitored object.

Examples of data from real objects

Our systems offer the widest range of capabilities for displaying data from ship systems and instrumentation.

The DOTS Board hardware and software system provides processing and visualization. Developed using DOTS to display data for the ship's crew.

Technology stack

The DOTS Board system is located on the vessel and visualizes data received from the vessel’s instrumentation and systems. The crew receives information in real time.
A predictive analytics module can be connected to the system to receive warnings about possible negative events and necessary maintenance and repair operations.

Ship's electronic journal (SEJ)

Technology stack

The implementation of a ship’s electronic logbook is becoming a necessity in the context of growing demands for the safety and efficiency of maritime transport.

Modern technologies allow for the automation of accounting processes, reducing the likelihood of errors and simplifying vessel monitoring, which is especially important in conditions of increased workload and the need to comply with regulations such as Order No. 435 of the Russian Ministry of Transport.
