Ship Fuel Supply Measurement System (SFSMS)
A comprehensive solution for efficient monitoring of fuel levels in fuel tanks and analysis of its condition
How does
the fuel level measurement system work?
Using sensors installed in fuel tanks, the system monitors the amount of fuel with a specified accuracy within 3-5% error and transmits data on the fuel reserves on the vessel.

-
Using the VMTS on-board controller and the operator panel, data is displayed both for each tank separately and in total.
-
Complete and clear information on fuel tanks at the right time: fuel level, pressure and temperature, gas pressure, total fuel quantity.
-
Information about the reserve is always available to the vessel’s personnel both in the engine room and in the wheelhouse.

VMTS
Vehicle Monitoring Tracking System
Automated system for collecting, monitoring and transmitting data for a vessel
A universal device for collecting and transmitting data at remote sites.
Recorder capabilities:
- data collection from measuring equipment
- local data storage for 6+ months
- creating local data backups
- sending data for processing to analytical systems via an optimal communication channel
- expandable architecture for connecting new measuring equipment
DOTS
Data Object Tracking System
Hardware and software platform
DOTS hardware and software systems provide solutions for shipowners’ daily routine tasks—tracking and displaying vessel locations in real time with detailed information on each asset.
Systems show:
- coordinates
- speed
- direction of movement
- operating mode of the monitoring object
- access to collected data anywhere and anytime via the Internet
DOTS-Board
Data Object Tracking System
Automated system for collecting, monitoring and transmitting data for a vessel
Possibilities:
- Visualizes the operation of equipment
- Warns of equipment failures and abnormal situations
- Warns about non-optimal equipment operation
- Automatically keep a log of equipment operation
The Ship's Electronic Journal (SEJ) can be integrated into any corporate system based on 1C:Enterprise or operate as a standalone application.
The implementation of an electronic ship log is becoming a necessity in the context of growing demands for the safety and efficiency of maritime transport.
Modern technologies allow for the automation of accounting processes, reducing the likelihood of errors and simplifying vessel monitoring, which is especially important in conditions of increased workload and the need to comply with regulations such as Order No. 435 of the Russian Ministry of Transport.

Feedback on our work
“I’ve been using the fuel consumption monitoring system (FCMS) from Technodar Group on our bulk carrier for two years now. During this time, we’ve been able to reduce fuel consumption from 84.5 tons to 76.1 tons per month, saving us approximately 8.4 tons in the first month of use.
This system not only improved cost control but also increased the vessel’s operational efficiency, significantly reducing our operating costs and allowing us to optimize bunkering and equipment condition monitoring processes.”
Denis Volkov
Deputy Head of the Fleet Service
“I implemented the Technodar fuel consumption monitoring system on our fleet of river fishing vessels during the season. The integration was successful thanks to the professional support of the Technodar team, which allowed us to quickly adapt to the new equipment.
During the first month of use, we noticed a significant reduction in fuel consumption, resulting in significant savings and improved overall vessel efficiency. This system not only optimized our costs but also improved vessel health monitoring, which is crucial for successful fishing.”
